The Toronto Lawyers Association (TLA) will introduce participants to mindfulness through eight 30-minute sessions over eight weeks. The sessions will go a long way to building professional competency and resiliency, while helping participants with techniques to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being. Mitchell Rose has been practicing mindfulness since 2011 and incorporates many techniques into his daily routine, including walking meditation (more on that here) and breathwork for 8-15 minutes each morning before starting work.
