Message from Mitchell Rose: my practice in the time of COVID-19
Hello. There’s no way around it. This is a very difficult time. All of us are monitoring the novel coronavirus situation very closely. I wanted to let you know what we are doing to keep you healthy. First, I am making a point of having daily check-ins with my assistant who works remotely so that we buoy each other through choppy waters of COVID-19.
My practice is virtual and fully operational, ensuring continuity of legal and mediation services. In addition to monitoring the public health situation, and government announcements about rapidly evolving employment policies and procedures*, we are:
– amplifying online dispute resolution via videoconference and/or teleconference as an alternative to our clients and prospects during the COVID-19 outbreak
– continuing legal advice by phone and videoconference
– waiving the cancellation fee to reschedule a mediation
– offering a ½-hour free consultation for workplace policy and employment contract reviews for existing and past clients
With empathy, accommodation and technology, I wish to assure my clients they have the support they need for their legal challenges at this challenging time. As always, you can reach us via mitchellrose.ca/contact or by email and phone. We look forward to continuing to work together.
Sincerely,
Mitchell Rose
